However, refunds and cancellations of services are subject to specific limitations.
After 5 to 7 days of entering into a service agreement, a subscriber may file a cancellation request for a specific service using the form available on our website.
During some holidays, including Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year's, no cancellations are permitted for discounted services. Due to the restricted quantity of these deals, returns are not permitted.
Under no circumstances will Segainnovsolutions honor requests to discontinue services such as domain name registration and domain name transfer. A previously paid fee is never refundable, even if the cancellation is posted within 48 hours. If the subsequent payment is not received within seven working days, the service is canceled.
